Harry as an Obscurus

I’ve just started rereading the Harry Potter series and I’m on the second chapter.

It got me wondering…

If Harry never went to Hogwarts, would he grow up to become an Obscurus? (reference: FBAWTFT)

I mean, whenever something remotely weird —> magical happens he gets punished isn’t that how it usually happens? At least how I understood it in the movie.
